Berarma PLP pumps are low pressure variable displacement vane pumps with a mechanical pressure control device. They offer silent operation, high efficiency and a long service life.

These pumps adjust flow according to system requirements and help maintain a near-constant pressure. Their modular design and energy-efficient features make them attractive for hydraulic systems. They also feature innovative shapes, wear reduction and compact dimensions. The series includes features such as ISO mounting flanges, gas BSP and/or SAE 3000 standard connections, flow control units, as well as a through drive shaft (option “A”) to combine multiple pumps between Berarma pumps or the main other types of pumps available on the fluid power market.

Berarma’s PHP pumps are high-pressure variable displacement pumps with hydraulic pressure regulation, allowing instant adjustment of flow rate to circuit requirements. Variable displacement vane pumps are volumetric, which allows them to deliver maximum flow at their rotational speed. The operating pressure is created by the pressure loads to which the fluid in the system is subjected. When the outlet pressure in the system is equal to the pump set pressure, the flow rate is adjusted to the system requirements. Once this value is reached, the pump reduces its flow rate to zero and keeps the pressure almost constant. At zero flow, the pump only compensates for drainage and control.

Berarma PHP pumps ensure quiet operation, high efficiency, long service life, economy and simplification of the hydraulic system. They are characterised by their modular design and energy saving. The latest 01 PHP pump series features an internal pump cartridge for perfect axial balance and dynamic displacement control.

The PHP pump series is supplied with ISO standard mounting flanges and shafts and standard gas BSP and/or SAE 3000 connections.

Check valves from Berarma are manufactured in SAE J518 configuration (3000 and 6000 series) with gas BSP threaded connections.

They are provided with an extra connection that can be used for reading the pressure in the circuit. can be used. The integration of valve and flange in one housing makes their use simple and cost-effective.

These valves are designed for use with Berarma pumps sizes 2 and 3 (3000 series only.) but thanks to their modular design they can also be installed on any other system with gas BSP thread.
